Osteopathy
In osteopathy you are seen in your entirety. Organs, muscles, joints, breathing and many other body systems are examined and treated in an integrative manner to bring your physical, mental and spiritual health into balance.
What is done in our osteopathy sessions?
We specifically look for the cause of your problems. Based on our examination, we use manual techniques to release primary tension and bring your body back into balance. Exercises and tips for everyday life ensure sustainable well-being.
How does osteopathy work?
Your self-healing powers are ignited through targeted stimulation of tense and sticky areas of your body. The body's own regulation is stimulated and your body relaxes sustainably.
For which complaints is osteopathy useful?
We will conduct a detailed anamnesis discussion about your concerns. We discuss possible connections to your concern and integrate these into the further process. We will then examine and treat your body, create a treatment plan and discuss together what else there is to do for you at home.
Parietal
Parietal osteopathy is a treatment method that primarily focuses on the musculoskeletal system. Tension and pain in muscles and joints are treated to improve well-being.
Visceral
Visceral osteopathy includes all Organ systems. The organs interact with the spine. Adhesions and restricted functions can be treated with visceral osteopathy.
Craniosacral
Craniosacral osteopathy describes the connection between the skull and the sacrum. Gentle techniques are used to create balance in the nervous system and the rhythms in the body.
